About Us

Lil Brother Construction was founded in Des Moines Iowa by Jean Jones in 2008 to service Polk, Warren and Dallas County homeowner with the their remodeling and handyman services. We are happy to enjoy about an 85% repeat and referral customer base. We are very committed to servicing in our community and giving back to the community through our volunteering with local chambers and neighborhood associations and through our non-profit organization the Bryce Millikan Charity Foundation. Bryce was employed with Lil Brother Construction until he passed away of Cancer in 2019. We started a foundation in his name to help families suffering with cancer or serious illnesses with minor adjustments to their homes. Lil Brother Construction is steadfast in our commitment to treat all our customers, vendors and employees as though we are working for God rather than people. This philosophy is behind our high standards for customer service. We works every day to serve our customers and our community with integrity, transparency, and craftsmanship.
