What you will do:
  • Utilize Organizational Change Management tools and practices to create and implement strategies that drive successful IT initiative adoption, including stakeholder and impact assessments, change experience planning, and other strategic deliverables
  • Collaborate with IT and project leaders to engage and manage stakeholders
  • Coordinate and implement change experience and engagement plans
  • Deliver communications, training, and engagement activities such as sending emails, facilitating live or virtual training, publishing knowledge articles, posting on internal social platforms, and creating SharePoint sites
  • Create clear, engaging, and audience-specific communications, training materials, and other content to support change, product adoption, and stakeholder engagement
What you will need to be successful:
  • Over 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, and instructional design within IT or technology-related environments
  • Skilled communicator with a talent for transforming complex information into user-friendly content
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; experience with Camtasia, Articulate, and other authoring tools is a plus
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with a strong ability to work across disciplines and quickly learn new tools and skills as needed

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
