Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Rotating monthly schedule 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday
What you will do:
  • Support financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting efforts aligned with business goals
  • Contribute to financial statement analysis and assist with account reconciliations
  • Help prepare regular reports for management, the Board of Directors, and related committees
  • Assist in Asset and Liability Management (ALM) activities
  • Monitor and report on the investment portfolio
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance financial processes, boost efficiency, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What you will need to be successful:
  • Associate’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, data interpretation, and reporting tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
  • Six months or more of experience in a finance-related role within a financial institution is preferred
  • Familiarity with Jack Henry core systems, including Silverlake, Xperience, and Cognos, preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Progress toward or completion of certifications such as CFA or CPA is a plus
