Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 45-minute lunch (37.5 hours per week)
What you will do:
- Review new life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness, and follow up with agents to obtain any missing documentation
- Input and validate new life applications within the system
- Process initial payments and allocate funds to newly established life insurance policies
- Document and verify policy replacement activity in the system
- Set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) drafts for both initial and recurring premium payments
- Prepare policy delivery packets by generating instructions, including necessary enclosures, and ensuring all materials are complete prior to mailing
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant office or processing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications
- Strong customer service orientation, including the ability to communicate effectively by phone when needed
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Demonstrated reliability and a consistent track record of dependability
