Our agriculture manufacturing client is growing their local Human Resources team by adding an experienced Recruiter to help them build out the recruitment life cycle for their hourly production positions across two Iowa-based facilities. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Human Resources Manager but work closely with the Plant, Engineering, and Supply Chain Managers to help identify and recruit employees for their facilities. This new hire will be tasked with identifying new processes and phases for the recruitment cycle, partnership programs with career and job fairs, and the ability to pipeline candidates in niche skillset areas.
