Description
Urbandale is famous for its 4th of July celebration and this year they are Counting down to Urbandale's Centennial Celebration! The celebration kicks off on Saturday when the Midway and Carnival opens at Noon in Lion's Park. The Centennial Kick Off Picnic will be from 11-1 in Walker Johnston Park.
The parade starts at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 4th. The fireworks display is at 10 p.m. on Monday, July 4th (Shot from Walker Johnston Park - west side). The Midway closes at 11 p.m. on the 4th.
The rain date for fireworks is Tuesday, July 5th.
