Description
This program is designed for business owners who have been in business 3-years or less to learn the foundational essentials of business ownership.
During this one-day seminar, learn budgeting/financials, time management, goal setting, marketing, taxes, systematizing, team building and even succession planning. Facilitated by Greg Thompson, Action Coach, this one-day workshop is meant to provide essential tools for businesses in order to gain a solid business foundation as the business begins to build.
If you are unable to make this first one-day seminar, we will be offering this same session three more times throughout the year.
