Join the Urbandale Chambers in celebrating Impact Health and Performance Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting.
We want to host a Grand Opening to celebrate the expansion of Impact Health and Performance into the Urbandale area. We want to educate, connect with the community, build relationships and celebrate this milestone.
