This  workshop "Does This Email Make Me Look Unprofessional" is Presented by Cecelia Munzenmaier, Writing Resources  and will focus on:
--How Good Emails Go Bad (case studies/discussion of what went wrong and how it could have been avoided)
--The Elements of an Effective Email (or the basics of good email etiquette)
--Workshop: How to Write Emails That Get Action
